Undelivered Mail Processing
Getting Started
Undelivered Mail Processing allows you to use one of our mailing addresses as the return address on your letter. This option is helpful if you prefer not to display your personal or business address on the outside of the envelope. If a letter cannot be delivered to the recipient, it will be returned to us and we will notify you.

What Undelivered Mail Processing Is
Our system requires every mail piece to include a valid return address. Undelivered Mail Processing allows you to use one of our mailing addresses instead of your own when sending a letter.
This option is commonly used when you want to keep your name and address off the outside of the envelope.
Using Our Address as the Return Address
When this service is selected, our mailing address will appear as the return address on your envelope rather than your personal or business address. This ensures the mail piece still meets the requirement of having a valid return address.
Using this option requires that you have an account with us. You will be able to select the Return Mail Processing Center when creating your mailing under the Return Address section.
What Happens If a Letter Is Undeliverable
If the letter cannot be delivered to the intended recipient, it will be returned to us. When this happens, we will send you an email notification informing you that the letter has been returned.
Additional Cost
Using Undelivered Mail Processing includes an additional fee per letter sent with this option enabled. The cost is $1.95 per recipient when using this service.
