Disable My Account

If you need to disable your OnlineCertifiedMail account, we can do that for you within a couple of business days, just email us and request that we do so.

Keep in mind that not disabling your account won't hurt anything, as we won't send you unwanted emails, nor are there any monthly membership fees, so the only time you pay for anything is when you actually send mail.

If you still decide that you want to disable your account be sure to delete any letters that currently exist in your shopping cart, and download any proofs, documents, tracking information and signatures from your account that you'd like to retain as this information will no longer be accessible once your account is disabled.

We'd also appreciate a quick note as to why you want to disable your account, like: I no longer need to send mail, I have another account that I use, I can't send the mail I need to send, etc.
