This article explains how to disable (cancel) your OnlineCertifiedMail account and what to do before you request the account to be disabled.

Before You Disable Your Account
Keeping your account active is completely free and would allow you to return at any time if you need to send letters in the future.
If you'd like to disable your account, make sure you first:

Clear Your Shopping Cart:
Remove any letters currently in your cart.

Download Your Data:
Save any proofs, documents, tracking information, and signatures you want to keep. Once your account is disabled, you will no longer be able to access this information.
How to Disable Your Account
If you want to cancel or disable your OnlineCertifiedMail account, the support team can do this for you.
- Simply send an email to support requesting that your account be disabled.
- It may take a couple of business days to complete your request.
- Optional: You can include a note about why you’re disabling your account (for example, you no longer need the service or have another account you use).
