Unique Job/Letter ID's

Each letter has a Unique Job ID that allows us to not only identify the mailing, but also gather information related to the processing of the job while it's in our production facility.

To locate the Unique Job ID, simply log in to your OnlineCertifiedMail account and click the Green History button in the upper right-hand corner on the screen or if you currently have a letter in your shopping cart then you can click the white Cart button.  The Unique Job ID will be located just below each Job Name on either screen, as shown here:
