This article explains whether you can preview or view a proof of your letter before it is mailed through OnlineCertifiedMail, and what options are available for reviewing your document.

Viewing Your Letter Before Payment
You can view a proof of your letter before submitting payment by clicking the green "View Proof" link to the right of the job on the History page.
This allows you to confirm that:
- The correct document was uploaded
- The pages appear as expected
- The content is accurate and complete
You should carefully review your document at this stage, as this is your opportunity to catch any possible errors before mailing.
Viewing Your Letter After Payment
After payment is completed, the letter enters automated processing for printing and mailing.
You can still log into your account and view a copy of the letter that was submitted. However, you cannot make changes once payment has been made.
Important Things to Remember
- OnlineCertifiedMail prints and mails exactly what you submit.
- It is your responsibility to review the document carefully before completing payment.
- Once paid, the letter cannot be edited, canceled, or modified.
Always double-check your document during the preview step to ensure everything is correct before finalizing your order.
