Proofing Your Letters

Since you cannot cancel or delete a letter after it has been paid for, we highly recommend that you view the proof of your letter before you pay for it.  There are a couple of ways to accomplish this.

First, you can click the green History button at the top of the page anytime you are logged into your account.  This will take you to a page that displays all of your letters that have been uploaded and all past letters that have been mailed out.  To the right of each letter you will see a link that says View Proof which will display the letter you uploaded, including the coversheet that we add to it:

If you are in the shopping cart, you can also click the link that says View Proof (next to your letter name) which will take you to the History page as well:

Again, we highly recommend you view the proof of your letter(s) before you pay for it to make sure it looks perfect.  Once you pay for your letter, it cannot be stopped, cancelled, or deleted.
