Can You Delete Old Jobs?
At this time, you cannot remove old jobs from your order history.
- OnlineCertifiedMail keeps past mailing jobs visible so that you and their support team can review your prior payment and purchase history if needed.
- Allowing deletions could cause confusion when trying to track or recreate past transactions.
What You Can Use Old Jobs For
Your old jobs will remain in your account indefinitely, and you can access them whenever you need to:
- Retrieve tracking information
- Download the signature file / proof of delivery
- See what you sent and when it was mailed
