Removing Old Jobs

At this time we don't allow old jobs to be removed from your order history.  

Past mailing history gives you visibility to your prior payments to us.  If we allowed old jobs to be removed from view there is a chance that either you or our employees may become confused in the event we try to recreate your payment or purchase history. 

You jobs will remain in your account indefinitely in the event you need to obtain the tracking information, signature file, or to simply see what you sent and when.
