If you need to update or reset your password for your OnlineCertifiedMail.com account, this guide will walk you through the process whether you’re already logged in or can’t remember your current password.

Reset Your Password
If you can’t remember your current password:
- Go to the login page and click the Login button in the upper right of the site.
- Below the password field, click the “lost password” link.
- Follow the instructions on screen to have a password reset link sent to your email.
- Check all email folders (including spam/junk) for the reset email.
Change Your Password
Once you are logged in to your OnlineCertifiedMail account:
- Click the My Account button in the upper right corner of the website.
- On your account page, you’ll see the options to update your password.
- Enter your new password and save the changes.
If you don’t receive the password reset email, make sure you are using the correct email address associated with your account.
