Our Processing Timeframes

We send letters within two business days of payment. In many cases, we’re even faster as letters are often mailed within one business day or even the same day at no extra cost.

If a letter is submitted and paid for outside of business hours (for example, at 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday), the two-business-day processing window begins on the next business day. In that case, the letter could be mailed as late as Friday, but it may also be mailed as early as Wednesday.
