Maximum Number of Sheets Allowed
OnlineCertifiedMail can mail up to 70 sheets of paper in a single envelope.
If you need to send more than 70 sheets of paper, visit our parent website, www.LetterStream.com, for more solutions.
When a Larger Envelope Is Used
If your document contains more than 14 sheets, the mailing will automatically be upgraded to a larger, flat-sized envelope.
This ensures:
- Your documents are not overstuffed
- The envelope can be properly sealed
- The mailing meets USPS processing requirements
You do not need to request this upgrade manually — it happens automatically based on the number of pages in your PDF.
What Counts as a Sheet
A “sheet” refers to one printed page. For example:
- A 1-page PDF = 1 sheet
- A 10-page PDF = 10 sheets
- A 25-page PDF = 25 sheets
Each page in your uploaded PDF counts as one sheet placed inside the envelope.
Before submitting your order, review your final PDF page count to ensure it does not exceed the 70-sheet maximum.
