Volume Discounts

At this time we currently aren't able to offer volume discounts however in the past we have sometimes offer quantity discounts when a user is mailing more than 500 certified letters per month or in a single mailing. 

"Sometimes" is the keyword.  There are factors that may cause us not to make the discount available, which is why it isn't automatic.  In order for the discount to be available, we look at how easy it is to process your job or jobs, we look at the ink coverage per sheet, we look at the quality of the documents you provide and we will generally ask you to make changes to your documents or processes in exchange for the discounts we might offer.
