When You Can Remove a Letter
You can remove a letter from your Shopping Cart as long as you have not completed payment. Once payment has been submitted, the mailing process begins and the letter can no longer be removed or cancelled.
Steps to Remove a Letter from Your Shopping Cart
Follow these steps to remove a letter before checkout:
- Log in to your OnlineCertifiedMail account.
- Open your Shopping Cart.
- Locate the letter you want to remove.
- Click the green “Delete Job” link below the letter name.
Once deleted, the letter will no longer appear in your cart and will not be mailed.
Important Reminder About Payment
After you complete payment, your letter is automatically processed for printing and mailing. At that point, it cannot be stopped, edited, or removed.
