If you have a single PDF that contains different letters for multiple recipients (also known as variable data), it cannot be sent through OnlineCertifiedMail. The system cannot determine which page belongs to which recipient when multiple letters are contained in one document.

Sending Multiple Letters from One PDF

OnlineCertifiedMail does not support sending multiple letters to different recipients from a single PDF file.

If your document contains letters addressed to different people within the same file, the system will not be able to match each page with the correct recipient.

Example of the Issue

For example, imagine a 3-page PDF where:

• Page 1 is addressed to John Doe
• Page 2 is addressed to Susan Webber
• Page 3 is addressed to Michael Miller

Because the system cannot identify which page belongs to each recipient, the document cannot be processed correctly.
