Online Certified Mail Refund Policy
Once a mailing has been paid for, it enters into our high-speed and automated system, so it cannot be stopped or canceled. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this might cause, but we've attempted to spell this out on our website.
Refunds or promo codes cannot be provided for letters that need to be re-mailed due to an error in the addresses and/or document.
Service guarantee:
- OnlineCertifiedMail guarantees our part of the process (printing, inserting, and mailing).
- If you believe there was an error on our end, please let us know and we'll be happy to investigate.
Refunds for Undelivered Letters
While we do guarantee our side of this process, we are unable to guarantee the delivery side. Therefore, we're unable to provide refunds or promo codes for any USPS delivery issues (including undelivered or lost letters). For more information on USPS Processing and Delivery Issues, click here.
