If your mailing address(es) is located within the United States then you can use this website to send your letters, even if you are located outside of the US (as long as you include a valid US-based return address).  If you don't have a return address within the United States, you could consider using our Undeliverable Mail Processing option.

In other words, as long as you provide us with a valid US mailing address and return address then you can use this website to send certified mail.

If your mailing address(es) are outside of the United States, unfortunately you will not be able to use this website as Certified Mail cannot be sent to addresses outside of the US.  However, if you need to track something and/or need proof of delivery to an international address, the USPS uses Registered Mail (also known as PS Form 2865) as a replacement product for Certified Mail when needing to track a letter/package internationally.

While this website does not allow you to send Registered mail, our parent website, www.LetterStream.com, does allow you to send Registered mail.  Head on over there and send us a message through our help tool if you need to send a letter via Registered mail.
