This article explains how pricing works for sending certified letters. It outlines the cost per letter based on the number of pages, what is included in the price, and any additional fees or pricing updates.

Cost Per Letter by Page Count
Pricing is based on the number of sheets included in your letter:
- 1-8 sheets: $10.49
- 9–14 sheets: $11.49
- 15–29 sheets: $15.49
- 30 or more sheets: $18.49
If your letter exceeds 8 pages, you can choose duplex printing (printing on both sides) to help reduce the total sheet count.
What the Price Includes
Each letter price includes:
- Postage
- Printing
- Mailing services
Additional Fees
There are no additional fees:
- No membership required
- No monthly charges
- Pay only when sending letters
Pricing Updates
Pricing may change due to USPS rate increases:
- USPS typically updates rates twice per year (January and July)
- The most recent increase was July 2025
- Any price changes are based on USPS adjustments, not separate service fees
