How to Get a Promo Code

OnlineCertifiedMail.com does not typically distribute promo codes directly.

However, you may receive a promo code through:

  • A partner or software vendor that has an agreement with OnlineCertifiedMail.com
  • Special arrangements tied to external services you are using

If you believe your software provider offers a promo code, you can contact them to check availability.

Bulk and Volume Discounts

While standard promo codes are not commonly offered, discounts may be available based on mailing volume. For more information on this, click here.

How to Apply a Promo Code

If you have received a valid promo code, follow these steps:

  1. Upload your PDF document(s) and enter the recipient address
  2. Click Continue to go to the Review Order page
  3. Enter your promo code in the box next to your total
  4. Click Apply Code
  5. Select Add Letter To Cart
  6. Proceed to checkout

Once applied, your discount will be reflected before completing your order.


Cashback & Promo Offers

Some customers may occasionally see a “$5 back” or cashback offer during checkout when using Link (a saved payment method offered by Stripe).

These promotions are provided and funded entirely by Stripe, not by us. Your total does not change, and any cashback is sent directly by Stripe (typically within 5–7 days).

These offers are limited, targeted, and may not appear for all customers or purchases. To avoid these offers, use a different payment method or do not use Link during checkout.
