This article explains how to include more than one PDF document in a single certified mail envelope when mailing through OnlineCertifiedMail.

Accepted File Type

OnlineCertifiedMail only accepts PDF files for mailing. Make sure each document you want to include is saved as a PDF before uploading.

Or, if needed, you can create your document directly from our website using the Letter Automator.


How to Upload PDFs

To send several documents together in the same envelope:

  1. Start your mailing job and click Choose File to upload your first PDF.
  2. After the first PDF is added, select Add Additional PDF if you want to include extra documents.
  3. Upload the files in the order you want them printed and inserted into the envelope.

All PDFs you upload in this step will be printed and inserted into the same envelope for the same recipient(s).


Important Notes

  • The order you upload your PDFs determines the printing and insertion order in the envelope.
  • You cannot use this method to mail different PDFs to different recipients in one job — all uploaded PDFs go to the same address(es).
