Information Is Being Stripped From My Document
If you're creating a mailing and notice that the job proof is showing your documents with removed or stripped information from your document(s), then that typically indicates that the information needs to be embedded (we've included a couple of ways you can embed information into your documents below). Most commonly we see this with things such as signature fields, fillable forms, comment/note boxes, and text that has been added onto the top of a scanned PDF.
It's important to note that PDF's are complex documents, and there are hundreds of various PDF producers that create documents very differently. These documents can also have a lot going on behind the scenes, which can impact their size and functionality.
The good news is that we've developed a powerful "proofing" solution that shows you exactly what we're going to print and mail out before approving it. Please be sure to review your proofs very carefully to ensure they look perfect prior to payment.
