What OnlineCertifiedMail Guarantees
When you use OnlineCertifiedMail.com, the following is guaranteed:
- Your letter will be printed and mailed within two (2) USPS business days
- The USPS will process (scan or see) your letter, confirming it has been handed off properly
These guarantees apply specifically to the service’s role in preparing and submitting your mail to USPS.
USPS Guarantees and Limitations
Unfortunately, once the letter is with the USPS, guarantees no longer apply. USPS does not guarantee:
- Delivery within a specific timeframe
- That the letter will be delivered at all
- That a signature will be captured upon delivery
While USPS successfully delivers many Certified Mail letters, the final delivery process is outside of OnlineCertifiedMail’s control.
