Uploading Microsoft Word Documents

Our website requires that you upload a PDF version of your documents.  That means that it will not accept a Microsoft Word document, it first needs to be saved as a PDF

If you are not able to save your documents in a PDF format, you can try using a third-party PDF generator (such as Primo PDF for example) which will allow you to generate a PDF version of your document(s).

We also have the Type Your Letter option on our website that allows you to type out your own (fairly basic) letter directly on our website. You can try this option as well, as it could alleviate the need for you to create your letter in Word and save it as a PDF.
