What OnlineCertifiedMail Guarantees
OnlineCertifiedMail guarantees its part of the mailing process. Letters are printed and mailed with speed and accuracy while they are under its control.
If you receive a "Mailing Complete" email, that means your letters were successfully mailed out. Additionally, you can click the green History button in your account to review the date the mailing was sent, and if the job status shows "Mailed," you can rest assure it was handed over for delivery
USPS Delivery Responsibility
Once letters enter the USPS delivery stream, delivery is controlled by USPS. Because of this, OnlineCertifiedMail cannot guarantee USPS processing or delivery performance.
For that reason, refunds or promo codes are not provided for issues related to USPS performance.
